The problem has been due to clubs wanting instant success and the ease with which clubs can now scour Europe finding top players for very low fee's.
The Academy intends to make it easier for British clubs to scour domestic football leagues to convince them to start looking closer to home. Dragging the UK scouting system into the "internet age", club scouts can now sit in the comfort of their own office and watch unknown players in action.
